This app is very useful for beginners but not for people with any kettlebell experience. The videos are slow to load even on wifi, but ignoring that technical issue, the videos are great in instruction and clarity. However, the app is not as in depth as her womens kettlebell book which has more exercises and more workouts. I was disappointed that neither the snatch or Turkish get up is described. Pass if you know how to swing and clean. No snatches or get ups here!
