App not working!

I have spent two weeks with tech support to get this app to work and it continues to freeze up. At first, I was having problems loading the app videos, and now the app freezes on the home screen. I am terribly disappointed. I have never had so much trouble in the 1.5+ years of having my i-Pad 2 as I have had with this app. If anyone can suggest a good kettlebell app with videos, please pass along the recommendation.
