I love this app! Its easy to follow, teaches you everything you need to know to start using kettle bells, and the workouts are NOT boring! I have been using the app 3 or 4 times per week for about 3 weeks. I have noticed a definite change in my body and muscle tone. And even my running has improved (I only run once a week). In my opinion, this app is for beginner kettle bell users.
